Angela works in the Administrative Services Group at CMS. She is responsible
for making sure that several pieces of computer equipment are repaired.
To do this, Angela must procure the services of a contractor with the
necessary skills. She is aware that procuring, or obtaining, contractor
services involves several steps and that there are some ethical and
funding guidelines she must follow. Angela decides to consult her supervisor
to make sure she understands these guidelines.
