coverage ends because the plan is leaving the Medicare Program or stops
giving care in your area.
In order to have a guaranteed issue right, you cannot leave the plan
before you receive a final notification letter from the plan.
Plan Options
You have the right to buy the Medigap Plan A, B, C, or F that is sold
in your state. In some situations, you may have additional rights.
Time Limit
You can apply for a Medigap policy as soon as you receive the final notification
letter from your plan. You must apply no later than 63 calendar days after
your health coverage ends.
