| You are in a Medicare + Choice plan and
your health care coverage is going to end because you are moving out
of the plan's service area. You must tell your
current plan that you are moving and provide it with the date on which
you will end your coverage.
Plan Options
You have the right to buy the Medigap Plan A, B, C, or F that is sold
in your state or in the state to which you are moving.
Time Limit
You must apply for a Medigap policy during the period that begins 60
days before your coverage ends and ends 63 days after your
coverage ends.
