Medicare Enrollment
 Once
you are eligible, you can apply for Medicare Part A at your local SSA
office. When you are entitled to Part A, you can choose to purchase
Part B. If you were already entitled to Part A based on age or disability
prior to the ESRD diagnosis, but you do not have Part B, you may purchase
Part B now without paying a premium surcharge.
