Adjusting the Display
To view the site as designed, your monitor should display at a minimum resolution of
at least 800x600 pixels with at least 256 colors.
If the font appears too large:
- In MS Internet Explorer, select "View" and then "Fonts", and lower the font size.
- In Netscape, select, "Options", "General Preferences", the "Font" tab, and click on
"Choose Font" for the "Proportional Font" and select a smaller font.
These settings will reduce or eliminate any unnecessary scrolling.

Getting and Installing Adobe Acrobat Reader
To view the Portable Document Files (PDFs), you will need to download and install the
Acrobat PDF Reader. To do so, click on the button below and follow the instructions from the
