Certain circumstances may require the Social Security Administration (SSA) to reduce disability benefits. These particular circumstances are listed below and explained on the following screens:

  • SSA disability beneficiaries who also receive pensions for work not covered by Social Security.
  • CSRS disability annuitants who also receive Social Security disability benefits.
  • Individuals receiving both Social Security disability and workers' compensation (or another public disability payment).
