First 30 Days
Within the first 30 days, you should plan to:
- Review your performance plan with your supervisor.
- Receive initial training on internal systems, general operating practices, and other information needed to perform your job.
- Complete the USDA eAuthentication. This system allows you to access your pay records, your personnel records, and your time and attendance records, as well as the AgLearn online training system.
- Review your benefit options and make sure you know the enrollment deadlines. These timeframes are important; ask for help from your Human Resources Specialist if you need assistance.
