Within 90 Days

Within the first 90 days, you should:

• Complete an Individual Development Plan (IDP). An IDP helps you establish career goals, identifies performance objectives, and lists specific action steps.
• Continue to get guidance and training on how to perform your job tasks.
• Meet with your supervisors to discuss expectations and receive feedback.
• Complete the onboarding feedback questionnaire when you receive it.
